We currently deliver within Sydney Metro only. Frozen orders ship Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend transit. Wider Australian delivery is coming soon.
How we pack frozen orders.
Every frozen smoothie pack ships inside plant-based, home-compostable insulation made from corn-starch fibres and reusable ice-gel bricks. Packs typically arrive frozen-solid or only partially thawed — both are completely safe to refreeze, blend, or use within 24 hours.
The outer carton is recyclable in standard kerbside collection. The insulation breaks down in your green-waste bin within 90 days. Nothing in our packaging is destined for landfill.
Returns & refunds.
We stand behind every Health C order. If something isn’t right, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Frozen smoothie packs
For food safety reasons, opened or thawed smoothie packs cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, fully thawed in transit, or not as described, please email hello@healthc.com.au within 14 days with a photo — we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Lifestyle Collection
Unused, unopened items from the Lifestyle Collection (Pro Shaker Bottle) can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please email us first so we can issue a prepaid return label.
Subscriptions & cancellations.
- Skip or pause any upcoming delivery from your account, up to 48 hours before dispatch.
- Swap blends or change delivery frequency anytime.
- Cancel anytime — no fees, no minimum terms, no hard feelings.
- We’ll always email you 24 hours before charging your card.
