Every Health C blend includes chia. It’s not a marketing decision — it’s the most efficient way to add omega-3 fatty acids, plant protein, soluble fibre, and a slow-release energy curve to a smoothie that’s already short, sweet, and convenient. Chia turns a snack into a meal you can actually skip lunch behind.
Why we chose collagen.
Every Health C blend includes chia — except one. Collagen Glow trades it for 10g of hydrolysed collagen peptides per serve, blended through strawberry, raspberry and dragon fruit.
Collagen is the protein that gives skin, hair and nails their structure, and the body makes less of its own as we age. Hydrolysed simply means those peptides are broken down small enough to disperse into a cold blend — no chalk, no grit, and no separate tub of powder to remember on the way out the door.
We added it because it was the one thing people kept buying separately and then forgetting to take. Same pouch, same sixty seconds — for beauty support, skin health and antioxidant richness.

We’re a small, family-owned Australian business based in Sydney. Our five-blend range was developed over twelve months with nutritionists, food scientists, and a lot of unbranded tasting cups. The pouches are made-to-order, frozen on the day they’re packed, and shipped overnight to capital cities in insulated, recyclable packaging.
Wholesale partners stock our packs in select cafés, gyms, and independent grocers across NSW and VIC. The shop, however, is the only place to get the full range delivered — and the only place to subscribe.
Sustainability we mean.
Our pouches are recyclable, and we’re working toward a 100% home-compostable pouch by 2027. Every Subscribe & Save delivery ships in plant-based insulation that breaks down with your green waste, not landfill. We’re not perfect — we tell you what we’re working on, and we publish progress each quarter.
