The smoothies
How long do the smoothie packs last in the freezer?
Unopened, each pack stays fresh for up to 12 months in the freezer at -18°C or below. Once thawed, do not refreeze — blend straight from frozen for best texture and nutrition.
Do I need a high-powered blender?
No. The fruit and greens are pre-portioned and frozen at peak ripeness, so any standard blender or bullet-style blender will handle a pack with 250–300ml of liquid.
Is there really no added sugar?
Correct. We use 100% real fruit and leafy greens. The only sugars are the ones that occur naturally in the fruit itself. No added cane sugar, syrups, sweeteners or concentrates.
Are the packs vegan and gluten-free?
All four blends are plant-based and naturally gluten-free. They’re produced in a facility that handles tree nuts and seeds — allergens may be present in traces.
What liquid should I blend with?
Anything you like — water, plant milk, dairy milk, coconut water, even green tea. We recommend 250–300ml of liquid per pack for a thick, smoothie-bowl texture, or 350ml for a drinkable smoothie.
Why is chia in every blend?
Chia is one of nature’s most efficient super-seeds — omega-3 fatty acids, plant protein, and soluble fibre that slows the natural sugar release of the fruit. Every pack has it, deliberately.
Delivery & storage
Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide, direct from our Sydney kitchen, with plant-based insulation that keeps frozen packs cold in transit. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $80.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Sydney Metro orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days, and we ship overnight to most capital cities. Regional orders can take a little longer — every order carries a live tracking link. Frozen packs ship Monday–Wednesday only, to avoid weekend transit.
My order arrived partially thawed — is it safe?
Yes. Our shipping insulation keeps packs at a safe temperature for up to 36 hours. Partially thawed packs are completely safe to refreeze, or to blend within 24 hours of arrival.
How do you pack frozen orders?
Every frozen order ships inside plant-based, home-compostable insulation with reusable gel bricks. The outer carton is recyclable kerbside, and the insulation breaks down in your green-waste bin.
Subscriptions & account
How does Subscribe & Save work?
The Two-Week Reset sends one pack of all five blends every second week and takes 15% off the list price, with shipping included. It renews automatically on the card you checked out with, and you can cancel any time from your account dashboard.
Can I change blends in my subscription?
The Two-Week Reset includes all five blends, so there is nothing to swap — you get one of each, every time. If you would rather a different mix, cancel the subscription and order the packs you want individually.
When am I charged?
Your card is charged when each delivery is dispatched, every second week. We’ll email you the day before, so it is never a surprise — and you can cancel from your account any time before then.
How do I cancel?
From your account dashboard, click your subscription and choose Cancel. There are no penalties, no minimum terms, and no hidden steps.
Lifestyle Collection
Is the Pro Shaker Bottle dishwasher safe?
Top rack only. The Tritan body and lid handle the dishwasher fine; we recommend washing the stainless mixing ball by hand to preserve its finish.

Is the packaging recyclable?
Our outer cartons and inserts are 100% recyclable in standard kerbside collection. The pouches are currently recyclable through soft-plastic recovery programs, and we’re working toward a fully home-compostable pouch by 2027.
