These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases you make from Health C Australia. By using our site or buying our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.
Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct any pricing or product information errors at any time. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store full card details on our servers.
Subscriptions
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on the frequency you select. You can skip, swap, pause or cancel any time from your account, up to 48 hours before the next dispatch. You will receive a reminder email before every renewal.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health C Australia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.
